F.A.Q

No. Please buy tickets online here: (http://www.grybuparkas.lt/bilietai). If all tickets are sold out online (maximum number of visitors per evening – 1000), it is not possible to purchase a ticket on-site.

No, it’s not necessary. Arrive at any time convenient for you until 9 PM. The park is open until 10 PM.

If you are coming with children, plan to arrive 1.5–2 hours before dusk: the kids can play in the bottle cap pool, in the Lego room, enjoy the residents of our chicken coop, try milking the goat Pienė Marytė, watch an animated movie about mushrooms, have a pizza, and just as it gets dark, you will see the glowing mushroom exhibition. With a ticket purchased for that day, you can arrive anytime between 6 PM and 10 PM. For additional night sessions “Mushroom at Night,” entry starts at 8 PM.

We regret to inform you that people with mobility impairments will have difficulty navigating the hilly and uneven terrain, as well as the soft mushroom exhibition path made of wood chips.

The parking area near Grybų Park is not large, so we kindly ask you to park on the gravel road and walk 300 meters.

If the payment has been made, we recommend checking the “Spam” or “Promotions” folders in your email. If, after checking everything, you still cannot find the electronic ticket, we advise you to send a ticket request to [info@ticketbest.ee](mailto:info@ticketbest.ee). We will definitely send you the tickets! Service hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00.

The ticket service fee is the cost of the Estonian company “Ticket Best Europe,” which manages the tickets for Grybų Park. When purchasing tickets for any event or concert, this fee applies. It may be hidden, meaning included in the ticket price, or visible. We chose the second option so that visitors would know what makes up the ticket price.

Yes, but you must keep your pet on a leash.

We do not exchange tickets due to bad weather.

The ticket system shows the maximum number of tickets; if all tickets for your desired day are sold out, it means there are none left and none will be available. Please purchase tickets for another day.

For families raising or fostering more than three children, admission is free starting from the fourth child. This means you only pay for 2 adults and 3 children. (At the entrance, please have documents proving family ties.)

Children under 3 years old and seniors with the “60plus” card have free admission.

Children aged 3–16 – 8 euros, adults – 12 euros. Tickets purchased on-site are more expensive: 10 euros for a child and 15 euros for an adult.

Upon arriving at Grybų Park, you will be able to enjoy the following free services: view the glowing mushroom exhibition, dive into the plastic bottle cap pool, milk the goat Pienė Marytė, watch a movie about mushrooms, daydream at the Cosmo Mushroom Station, see our family of chickens, and use the toilets and drinking water.

At some points, yes, but be prepared to pay in cash or by bank transfer. We support the idea of keeping cash alive.
